These terms cover kevens.com, the official site of the artist Kēvens, run by KTF Music LLC ("we" or "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Using the site

You may browse, listen, watch and share links to the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, download or re-publish the music, videos, photos or writing on the site beyond what the site itself offers, and do not try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of the site.

Forum and Live room accounts

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us permission to host, display and share it on the site and in posts about the site, without payment, for as long as it stays up. Posts are public under your username.

Do not post anything that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that involves minors in any sexual or harmful way; anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy; spam, advertising or scams; malware; or anything that pretends to be someone else. We may remove posts and suspend or close accounts that break these rules or that we believe harm the community, with or without notice. We do not check everything that is posted and are not responsible for what users post.

Messages from Kēvens

Text with Kevens is the text message program of Kevens (KTF Music LLC). It sends personal notes from Kēvens, new music, shows and news to fans who sign up on this site. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. In the United States and Canada messages come by text; everywhere else they come on WhatsApp. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email info@kevens.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to messages is not a condition of any purchase. See the privacy policy for how your number is used. You must be 18 or older to sign up.

Merchandise

When the shop is open, merchandise is sold and shipped by our store partner, under that store's own terms, prices, shipping and return policies. Questions about an order go to the store first; we are happy to help if something goes wrong.

Press kit

The press kit (EPK) is for promoters, bookers and press. You may use its bio, photos, logos, album covers, quotes and technical riders to book, cover, review or promote Kēvens and his shows. Please do not alter the photos beyond cropping and resizing, do not use them to suggest an endorsement, and do not use them for anything else without our written permission. Do not share the press kit password publicly.

Our content and trademarks

The music, videos, photos, artwork, writing and design on this site belong to KTF Music LLC, Kēvens or the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright. Kēvens^® is a registered trademark of KTF Music LLC (U.S. Reg. No. 7,642,500). Names and logos of publications, festivals, venues and other artists belong to their owners and appear only to identify press coverage, shows and collaborations; it does not mean they endorse this site.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our copyright agent at info@kevens.com (subject: Copyright notice) that includes: your physical or electronic signature; a description of the work you say is infringed; where the material is on the site (a link); your name, address, phone number and email; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We will remove material that is the subject of a valid notice. If your post was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.

Other sites and services

The site links to and shows content from other services, such as YouTube, Bluesky and social networks. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it accurate and running, but to the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Show dates and details can change; check with the venue or promoter.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, KTF Music LLC, Kēvens and the people who work with us are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

Your responsibility

If you break these terms or post something that gets us into a legal dispute, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, that result.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida. Any claim about the site or these terms must be filed within one year after it arose, or it is permanently barred, unless the law requires a longer period.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date, and it applies from then on. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a part of these terms is not a waiver of it.
